The location of the property was fantastic, just a minute's walk to the seafront, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. the free parking available on the nearby streets was a big bonus, as parking can often be a hassle in the area. the property itself was well-maintained and clean, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated our family. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as washing up liquid, hand-wash, towels, and even umbrellas. It was clear that the host had put effort into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.

One of the beds in the property was a bit noisy, making it slightly uncomfortable when moving or turning over.

Just returned from a fantastic short break at this lovely holiday rental! Evee'S Pebbles 1 in Eastbourne was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. With two spacious bedrooms, it comfortably accommodated our family of four. Even my son, who wasn't initially satisfied with his bed, found the sofa bed delightful. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the fabulous dining area, where we hosted guests for supper. the icing on the cake was the breathtaking sea view from the lounge window. the location was perfect, with convenient access to local shops and a great pub called the Marine. We highly recommend it!

The stay was very lovely and we would stay here again, the location was absolutely perfect and excellent, only a 5-minute ride to a traditional Victorian pier, and we loved the views of the sea.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Evee's. The property was spotless and spacious, with everything we needed. Being just a 30-second walk from the beach was a big hit with our children. Free parking was a bonus, and Evee was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return next year. Thank you, Evee!

We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the provided tea bags, coffee, and sugar. the bathroom was clean and the towels were supplied. a great experience.

The doors to the en-suite and bathroom were a little noisy, which could be a bit disturbing during a midnight visit.
